Roadside assistance refund
For services you paid to 24 Road Assistance during your SIXT rental.
You may be entitled to a refund if your protection package covers roadside assistance, or the problem was caused by a mechanical fault in the car.
Problems caused by the driver – for example the wrong fuel, a lost key or a battery drained by the lights – are not refunded unless roadside assistance is included in your protection.
